Mark is an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US, and a Barrister and Solicitor and Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA) in Ontario, Canada

His practice specializes in cross border legal and tax planning, litigation and compliance (returns) facing individuals primarily in the sports, music, and entertainment industry and businesses in all industries expanding into the U.S., individuals moving to or working in the United States and U.S. citizens who live in Canada.

Marc has many years of experience in finance and accounting and has taught in the undergraduate and graduate business programs at University of Toronto, Wilfrid Laurier University, York University, and Ryerson.  I continue to teach professional development courses and speak at multiple events such as national and regional tax conferences, courses for CPA Ontario, AJAG and estate planning council
